Can I participate in the campaign if I do not own Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty?
Any viewer with a Twitch account can participate in the campaign to receive a Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty item code. However, reward redemption codes can only be redeemed on CD PROJEKT RED’s official redeem website from any country that Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is currently available and requires users to own Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty to use the item in-game.
Which regions are participating in the Support a Streamer campaign?
Participating regions include North America, Europe, South America, The Middle East, Africa, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
How can I confirm which channels are eligible for the campaign?
The full list of eligible participating channels and the campaign period dates are listed above. If a Twitch channel does not appear on that list, they are not eligible for the campaign. Double check that the Twitch channel you are watching is currently live, and that it is streaming Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty to the Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty category during the campaign period, and its name is listed in the campaign by viewing the list above if you wish to participate in this campaign.
What kind of item do I get for participating in Support a Streamer?
Yasha is an Iconic version of the Ashura Smart Sniper Rifle. From the 2.0 Update onwards, you’ll be able to upgrade your Iconic weapons using crafting materials, keeping them relevant for your entire playthrough. Please do not expect a difference in power with this weapon — it is balanced to be equal to the standard Ashura Sniper Rifle. After the update, Iconics with unique abilities will not be able to equip extra mods. However, Yasha and certain other Iconic weapons don’t have unique abilities, thus they will be able to accept weapon modifications.
After redeeming your code, you will be able to find Yasha in your stash in-game.
How do I purchase a subscription on Twitch?
Users must first log into Twitch, using either a PC or mobile device. Purchases may be made on either a mobile device or your PC. Detailed information on purchasing subscriptions can be found here, and information on purchasing gift subscriptions can be found here.
How many subscriptions do I need to purchase? Which Tier(s) are eligible for the campaign?
To qualify for the reward redemption code, users must purchase two subscriptions of any tier, or any combination of tiers towards an eligible channel, as long as their cumulative support is two total subscriptions. The two subscriptions may be purchased at once, or one at a time over the course of the campaign, across multiple eligible participating channels, or done on a single eligible participating channel. Prime subscriptions are not eligible.
I purchased two subscriptions prior to the campaign. Am I eligible for a redemption reward code?
No. Redemption reward codes can only be earned by purchasing two subscriptions to an eligible participating channel that is streaming Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty during the campaign period.
Can I track how many eligible subscriptions I have done for the campaign?
While there is not a centralized location to track progress in the campaign, users may refer to their Twitch Payment History to review recent purchases of subscriptions to eligible channels. This should be used only as a reference for successful subscription purchases and does not guarantee the subscriptions qualified for the campaign.
Where can I find my campaign rewards once I've earned them?
The campaign reward code will be delivered to the user's Twitch notification inbox once they have been earned. The notification inbox can be found to the right in the top navigation bar on Twitch. The codes will remain there until the user deletes the message.
Once I have claimed my code from Twitch for the exclusive Yasha sniper rifle, how do I redeem it?
Visit our official redeem page. Make sure you are logged into your GOG.com account. Enter the code in the Redeem a Code box and click confirm. Afterwards, your item will be available in your stash in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.
What should I do if I’m having a problem receiving my code on Twitch?
Campaign reward code delivery can take up to 24 hours to be sent once earned. You must sub to a streamer on the Support a Streamer list while they are online and streaming Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty to obtain a code. The code will remain there until the user deletes the message after completion of a qualifying purchase. If after waiting 24 hours and verifying that your purchases were made towards an eligible streamer that was live streaming you still are facing problems, please contact Twitch Support while logged in.
What should I do if I received my weapon code on Twitch, but I’m having a problem redeeming the items on GOG.com?
If you have successfully received your reward redemption code on Twitch and are having problems redeeming the code on the redeem page or cannot find the item in your in-game stash, please contact CDPR support for questions or support regarding redemption of the code.
How will I know the stream I’m watching participates in the Drop campaign?
Upon entering a channel that participates in the Drop campaign, a notification will appear on top of the chat, informing you that the stream supports Drops. You can also check all ongoing campaigns and participating channels in the Twitch Drops inventory.
Do I need to own an edition of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty to receive the Twitch Drops?
Yes, the Twitch Drops are exclusive to Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. The Twitch Drops will appear in your Twitch Inventory after completing the requirements, but you cannot use them in-game unless you own the base game and the expansion of Cyberpunk 2077.
How do I link my GOG.com and Twitch account?
Sign into your GOG.com account here and click the Connect link for Twitch, then follow the instructions to sign-in and link your Twitch account to GOG.com.
What devices can I use to earn and claim Drops?
You can earn and claim Drops using your PC or Mac web browser or on the Twitch app for Android or iOS. Twitch apps on game consoles, smart TVs, and other TV apps do not support Drops.
Do I need to watch the same channel the entire time to earn my Drops?
No, you can earn progress towards a Drop from watching any eligible Cyberpunk 2077 content creator on Twitch. You can, for example, watch half an hour on one channel and then switch to another channel without losing your progress. You cannot earn progress faster by watching more than one channel at a time.
Do Twitch Drop rewards expire?
Earned Twitch Drop rewards will expire 7 days after they’ve been claimed if the necessary account has not been linked.
As a streamer, how do I get Twitch Drops on my channel?
All you need to do is make sure your Twitch and GOG.com accounts are linked, and that you’re opted into Drops (see Drops Streamer Home).
When will I receive my Twitch Drop rewards, and how can I claim them?
As soon as you complete an objective, you’ll be able to claim its rewards immediately via a pop-up in the Twitch chat or in your Twitch Drops inventory. Once claimed, your rewards will automatically appear in your apartment in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty after restarting the game if Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is owned.
Do I have to watch a single stream without breaks to receive a reward?
Upon entering a channel that participates in the Drop campaign, the timer starts counting your watch time. Whenever you leave, the timer pauses and reactivates when you’re back on the stream. Please keep in mind all Drop campaigns for Cyberpunk 2077 are time-limited — if you didn’t fulfill the required watch time by the end of the Drop campaign comes to an end, you won’t receive a reward.
Can I receive a reward multiple times?
All available rewards are one-time-only. You can always check ongoing campaigns and your progress in your Twitch Drops inventory.
