Now available for free for Cyberpunk 2077 players on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, Update 2.1 adds a host of features that bring even more life to the streets of Night City.

Night City now has a fully functional metro system! Leave the car behind and enjoy some leisurely public transport; simply walk up to any NCART station, pick your destination, sit back, and enjoy the ride. The metro takes you through the city in real-time, giving you a chance to enjoy the views along with other Night City residents going about their day.

Forget about waiting in your car for your favorite song to finish, V’s new Radioport lets you take your music on the go! Tune into any of Night City’s radio stations while exploring the streets, dropping eddies in shops and markets, or while riding on the metro! Your city, your soundtrack.

Share special moments with your special someone! Call them up on the holo, ask them over, and enjoy some quality time together with various cozy hangout activities available in V’s apartment.

Get behind the wheel in style with the new Porsche 911 Cabriolet, ride a selection of new motorbikes and try out some flashy bike tricks, compete in replaybale races to win preem prizes, and fend off your foes in new chases.

What platforms will the update be available for?
The update is available for current-gen consoles — Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 — and PC.
Do I need to own the Phantom Liberty expansion or Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition to get the update?
No, Update 2.1 is free to all players who own the base game of Cyberpunk 2077. Owning Phantom Liberty or the Ultimate Edition is not required.
Will I lose my progress in the game?
No, you will be able to keep playing from wherever you left off in the story.
How can I get Update 2.1?
If you already own Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, or PC, Update 2.1 will automatically download on December 5th — provided you’re hooked up to the Internet! If you don’t own the game, you’ll need to purchase Cyberpunk 2077 in order to access Update 2.1.
